Are you experiencing a hard time at the moment?
Perhaps you have a lot going on in your life?
Lots of changes?
Loss of income, relationship, or a difficult situation with a loved one?
All of these things can be so difficult to deal with, especially when there is a lot happening at once.
I know for myself personally, that I’ve just been through Winter, and it felt like a long one…
At times I felt like I was only just hanging on, feeling lost in the storm of it all.
Going through massive burnout in March 2020, with many compounding factors, but the biggest were: one of my beautiful friends passing away from cancer, my relationship breaking down completely, and one of my girls moving out of home, all in the one week…..
Compounded by doing an 8-week intense business program from the USA that I was getting up at 2am in the morning for the Q & A support calls, increasing the intensity of all my client calls (due to covid/uncertainty fears) to 8-9 hours per day, I had just completed a 42km walk and had been doing 2 years of intense training in the gym of 2 hours a day….
Least to say I fried myself….
The grief, the overwhelm….
Then later that year my partner and I healed so much in our relationship, we felt ready to move to a new chapter together, I moved 6 hours away from my adult girls and all that I’d known, only to go into lockdowns and navigating old PTSD responses from a previous relationship.
All things I was navigating last year, along with my partner experiencing massive financial challenges with covid and shutting his business in July.
Sometimes it feels that life is relentless.
That the waves keep crashing and we don’t have time to regain our balance before the next wave hits….
I get it….
However, there are so many blessings that came from these experiences…..
The hardship, the trials, and the challenges are all forging a new strength within.
A new tenacity to prevail.
A new determination to set myself free and to become absolutely clear on what I am creating again.
The last two years have been an intense time of healing, clarification, and reflection.
They have taught me so much about myself.
I have dived even deeper into relationship dynamics and how to navigate and overcome old patterns and trauma and communicate even more effectively with my love.
I have stayed true to creating my new vision going forward.
I have surrendered my biggest fears, worries, anxieties, and concerns to the divine.
I have let go of so much baggage.
I have truly stepped into planting my seeds for spring and I am so beyond excited for what’s coming.
I have taken so much time to rest, to learn how to give myself permission to rest and how to let go of guilt or fears of lack and scarcity or things falling apart if I rested.
I have got clear on my vision for my business moving forward and working in a far more sustainable way.
This is the gift of winter,
Without winter, there can be no spring.
It is such an important season in our lives.
Yet we often judge it.
We can perceive it as if we are failing, or doing something wrong, or being punished in some way….
Winter, gives us clarity.
It is a time to rest,
It is a time to nourish.
It is a time to reflect on what has been.
It is a time to decide what you are planting in the coming Spring.
And it’s so important to remember, that Spring is coming.
Winter does not last forever…..
I’m so excited to share some exciting news with you, that I’ll be sharing in the coming days on my socials, that has the potential to change your life.
If you have been in Winter for far too long, and you are ready to plant seeds,
To create a new vision for yourself.
To absolutely step into declaring and deciding a new destiny,
A new future….
Then I can’t wait to share this with you!
Oceans of love,
P.S. I did this short video for you today, on remembering to not Pre-judge the Season you are in.
