If your body is aching and your muscles feel super lethargic, make sure you watch this below.

3 steps to Reduce Inflammation.

  1. Alkaline Diet – reduce/eliminate coffee, sugar, gluten, dairy, and alcohol and increase green leafy veggies and citrus fruits, especially lemon and lime.
  2. Drink 2-3L of quality water daily! It’s essential for flushing out toxins and supporting the digestive system and overall energy. Electrolysed reduced water and also increases antioxidants in the body. (PM me to find out more about this.)
  3. Deep belly breathing! If you don’t know how to Google it! I’ll do a video the next day or do demonstrating it. It helps to switch the nervous system back to the rest and digest phase and supports greater alkalinity through proper oxygenation.

There can be many causes of burnout, often coming from our beliefs and thoughts about who we need to be, to be loved, valued, and accepted in this world.

So many women identify with the feeling of having to please everyone or feeling that they are not enough, no matter how much they do, or how hard they try.

Overcoming these patterns and healing the body physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually are so incredibly important, so whilst the above will definitely support your physical body to feel better, healing the 3 other areas; emotional, mental, and spiritual are equally important to return to full health and wellbeing.

If you are exhausted, and no amount of sleep is helping.

If you are finding yourself unable to stop the tears from flowing,

If you are feeling numb or aching all over,

If you are tired of your brain fog and memory not working,

If you know that something is up and you don’t know what you can do about it.
