The 4 Keys to changing how you feel.

Changing our emotional state is something I didn’t believe was possible years ago.

I honestly just thought, I feel the way I feel and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Knowing what I know now, especially about how our emotions massively impact our physical energy and have a huge impact on our happiness and success in life, I am forever grateful that I learnt to not only listen to and respect my emotions as guideposts for myself and how I am living but also that I learnt how I can consciously choose to change these into more positive feeling states.

The 4 Key areas are:

  1. What we are focusing on and thinking about
  2. What am I saying to myself about what I’m thinking about
  3. How I’m standing and my body posture.
  4. What am I imagining that others are saying to me or about me If you change any one of these things above, you can change how you feel.
