The courage to keep growing.
It’s been an intensely challenging AND fulfilling week of birthing my new Thrive book.
Amongst the momentum and feeling deeply satisfied, there have been moments of tears, rawness, and complete vulnerability.
It has honestly felt like labour, excitement, nervousness, and courage along with sheer grit and determination, in the moments when we are overcome with exhaustion or doubt for a second if we can continue…
