Everyday we are hypnotising ourself with our inner talk….
How do you communicate with yourself?
What things do you say to yourself on a daily basis?
This is either tearing down our confidence and making us feel like rubbish,
Or building ourself up and empowering ourself, to show up in the best version of ourself.
One of the toughest things that I experienced about burnout, was the degree of negative talk I was experiencing within myself.
The lower in energy we get the more our defender, guardian aspects come out to play.
If we are holding beliefs such as I have to work really hard to deserve anything, these aspects of you will feel very threatened by your need to rest.
The inner critic can be vicious at times, and the hardest part, is that often we actually buy into these stories because we’ve held them for a lifetime.
Stepping into a more empowered, more energetic, more joyous and happier version of yourself is not for the faint of heart.
It takes true dedication, to continue healing disempowering beliefs, and continuing with loving, supportive and encouraging dialogue with ourself, to not only understand our inner critic and inner child but to also bring ourself back into balance and alignment.
Throw hormones, peri-menopause, and or menopause into the mix along with some other life stresses such as relationship and or financial and things can get pretty haywire fairly fast….
Moving through these times, takes a level of self-awareness and having the right tools to implement when your thoughts and inner dialogue are creating a lot of volatility in your emotional body.
Each day knowing how to clear the slate, develop a powerful morning routine and bring yourself back to your heart centre and remember the power that you have as a divine being is so important.
This helps you on all levels, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
You will no longer feel so split in your energy where your mind is telling you one thing and your body telling you another.
You will feel so much more congruent.
So much more balanced,
So much more empowered,
But the best part is loving yourself again.
In all the years of my different life experiences from; separation, divorce, my beautiful Mum passing away, raising my two girls as a single Mum, building my own business from ground zero, healing past DV traumas and creating my life to be exactly what I wanted it to be, the most difficult experiences were the times when I was not loving myself.
This is what truly broke my heart so many times over and made it so difficult to deal with the other challenges and situations that came up.
Self-Love IS the BEST GIFT you can ever, ever, ever give yourself.
When you love you,
You wake up feeling incredible,
You wake up with energy,
You wake up with a zest and joy for life,
You wake up with confidence and a belief that no matter what you can figure it all out.
You wake up feeling strong,
Feeling empowered and ready to continue creating your dream life,
You wake up feeling love so deeply and genuinely in your heart,
And experiencing a deep joy,
A deep peace and calm in your heart.
Self-Love is the foundation for creating a life you love,
You will never ever experience loneliness even when you are alone, when you are deeply connected to yourself and your sense of love and worthiness.
You will never be as affected by others comments, or life situations, when you love, value and respect who you are.
We show up as a kinder, more productive, more heart-centred, joyful, confident and empowered self, when we love who we are, on all levels.
And every other area of life improves too, as a reflection of your own self-love….
It is time to gift this to yourself.
